It had great and beautiful location with access to Main Beach nearby.

They offered beautifully maintained and fashionable rooms with large bathroom and fabulous views, for example.

renovated building and rooms with a "sea view ".

The location was great, in particular the living area, convenient to go everywhere. And it was also really close to the Great Ocean Road which stipulated a minimum two night stay at the weekend, main beach and shops, and the underground park.

Comforts of apartment with balcony were fabulous. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, for example, The Lorne Pier was not too far away from the hotel.

Nothing everything was great!

The room was large, I had very lovely experience.

I stayed in the room that was well kept and clean and available with good amenities and appliances, for example.

The staff at reception and housekeeping were excellent, making our stay very comfortable. The covered underground parking was convenient for our family with kids. The location was perfect, close to shops, eateries, and the beach. The ocean view from our apartment was awesome. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen. The spa bath with a beach view was a relaxing bonus. The pool area had heated water and there were additional facilities such as a sauna and gym. great value for money and a place we would definitely return to.

We felt very lucky to have found this property and had no complaints whatsoever.

I stayed in an apartment and loved that the bedrooms were away from the bathroom area because we were able to put our young children to bed and not worry about them waking from the noise of the spa!

Well priced hotel with ocean views of the beach and exceptionally nice and immensely pleasant staff.

Location: the hotel was not far from the shopping area and a Greek restaurant called Ipsos, which was quite nice and opened later than other restaurants on the street: )

The location was excellent, at a medium distance from a clifftop viewpoint. The main bar was roomy.

We got good value for money and a nice size apartment with good views as an upgrade, nice gesture. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and kitchenware were nice.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The location is excellent, close to beach, restaurants, shopping, walking tracks with excellent and clean facilities to suit young and old - whether it be for a quiet weekend or a family holiday - tennis, squash, swimming, bbqs providing everything for people on site.

The only issue I have is access to the rooms with luggage and food etc can be awkward if there is not a lift to the floor from the car park. Not always easy to access for elderly or disabled and quite inconvenient for everyone else. The lifts are very small, requiring several trips from the car to apartment - we were told to take the lift to Reception and then take luggage to our apartment block and then into another lift or up stairs.
